Ms. Jessica Natale, M.Ed./RBT is a partner in Educational Management and Services FL, LLC and is well versed in Workforce Development.
Her background includes serving as the Manager of Business Development for the East Coast, Resource Development Coordinator, and State Coordinator for Job Corps Outreach and Admissions in Florida.
Dr. Ron Natale retired as the Vice President & Provost at Glendale Community College, AZ in 2016. Previously he was the President at Central Georgia Technical College, Macon, GA.
He holds a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida, a Master of Education in Education Leadership from the University of North Florida, a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of South Florida, and an Associate of Arts, General Education from St. Petersburg College.
Currently, as owner and president of Educational Management and Services FL, LLC, he provides One-Stop Operator services to several Florida CareerSource regions.
The mission of Educational Management & Services FL, LLC. Is to serve non-profit organizations and government entities such as the regional workforce boards in three areas:
• Resource Development
• Board Support
• Customized Training & Workforce Solutions.
